I think being honest. You don't know it's for you. Not really.
But if you're frustrated and sick of fad diets and want to LEARN how to eat - then working 1:1 with an expert is absolutely something that should be considered.
I think you also have to be ready to feel uncomfortable and ready to face some of the reasons for your disordered eating.
If you're not in that head space, it may be a good idea to wait until you are.
Let's be honest, eating frozen WW meals is easier than this. But it's not healthy, nor is it sustainable. It doesn't TEACH you anything

Before we started working together my body was lost and confused. Molly introduced me to a new way of eating - not a diet, something that actually will work for the rest of my life. Before I was eating a lot of processed foods that I thought were healthy and now I am eating the same amount of calories I used to eat but I am getting nutrients from fruits and veggies, protein, & my favorite foods. Your program is 1:1 and you're an expert I'm getting information from a doctor rather than people who have figured out WW and are now teachers I know how to eat instead of counting points I know how to stay full as opposed to putting the food in my mouth that has the least points The food I eat is nutritious and nourishes my body
