Molly has been coaching women in 1:1 nutrition and fat loss since 2018. She specializes in helping women to stop binge eating using evidence based practice and tools so they can spend more time and energy doing things that are aligned with their values.
Molly is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, and practices as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She truly believes the cornerstone of preventative medicine starts in the kitchen, and that's why she's passionate about quality nutrition in the diet combined with meditation and mindfulness tools to help calm the brain instead of going on a binge in the pantry closet.

Hi and welcome! I am so excited that you are investing in yourself to learn the evidence based science behind fat loss, and tools to stop the restrict/binge cycle.
I am a firm believer in middle ground - meaning I think it’s helpful to understand the outer wisdom of things like calories, exercise, macronutrients, and nutrient dense foods. AND, I am a firm believer in inner wisdom - meaning things like attuning to your hunger and fullness levels, developing a daily meditation practice, and using mindfulness to eat the foods you love so that you don’t have to eliminate entire food groups.
I use evidence based science to combine the inner and outer wisdom, and this course will walk you exactly through how to know if you are in a calorie deficit for weight loss, at your maintenance calories, or above. And, this course will also help you begin to attune inwards to your needs. Learn how to fill your cup so that you can fill those around you and feel empowered & embodied doing so.
