More Than Macros

More Than Macros is an 8-week group nutrition coaching program that focuses on macros for weight loss, movement, and mindfulness to encompass the whole person: mind, body, and soul!​

This course is designed to help you overcome emotional eating and ditch the all-or-nothing approach.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we will go over:

  • The low-down on Macros! You’re going to learn what they are and how to set them. And I’m going to give you food lists and the tools you need to make your journey with macros that much easier!
  • Willpower! I hear time and time again from moms that they need more willpower. Well, don’t you worry. I’m going to share with you my tips and tricks to get more willpower.
  • Movement! Get ready to learn how much movement is enough (spoiler: it’s not what you think!) and what YOU should do to feel good in your body.
  • Mindfulness! Lovely lady, you’re going to learn how to transition from counting every.single.thing to actually implementing mindfulness practices around food so you never struggle again. GOODBYE LATE NIGHT BINGES. 👋

The Low-Down On Macros

In this lesson, you will learn what your total daily energy expenditure (aka as your caloric needs) and why they matter, what macros are, macro percentages for you, how you count them, how you enter them into @myfitnesspal, how you track them in @myfitnesspal, food lists, putting it all together, picking how you want to track (protein + calories, macros, or calorie counting), cooking blogs I like, and other tips and tricks along the way!

Debunking the Myths of Willpower

In this lesson, you will learn about willpower vs. mindfulness, and why developing more mindful practices is the key to sustainable and lifestyle changes around food.

Movement As Medicine

In this lesson, you will learn all about how movement can be medicine. Psychologist even consider movement to be a powerful "antidepressant." Come dive in!

Today, we have a bonus, with Kayla Ives, Doctor of Physical Therapy, joining us on Zoom to answer our movement questions!

Mindfulness & Food

In this module I go through what it looks like to transition from macros to mindfulness with eating, and give you different mindfulness tools, and action steps to get started on your own journey today.
